RESERVATION POLICY
To confirm Reservation, otherwise Reservation WILL BE CANCELED
- FAMILY (Villas Only):
DP of 50% must be transferred 2 days after placing the reservation
For Weekend and Special Holidays, full payment for reservation
- MEETING and OTHER PACKAGES :
Min. Payment of 30%- must be transfered to secure the reservation
- Reschedule is allowed :Meeting Packages 5 days prior to check-in date and only for 1 month period, Family Package 5 days prior to check in dates..
- Cancellation 2 Weeks prior to check-in date, DP will be refunded 50%
- Cancellation 1 Week prior to check-in date, DP will not be refunded
- Menu Selection must be confirmed 4 days before check in date, otherwise, Menu will be arranged by our Banquet Team

FAMILY PACKAGE:
DP 50% harus dibayar 2 hari setelah booking, Jika tidak ada pembayaran Reservasi akan di cancel
Hari Raya dan Hari libur, pelunasan 100% untuk dapat reservasi. Lewat 2 hari setelah tanggal booking, maka booking akan tercancel.
- MEETING PACKAGE :
Min. Pembayaran DP 30% untuk confirm booking, Jika tidak ada pembayaran Reservasi akan di cancel
- Reschedule dapat dilakukan selambat-lambatnya : Meeting Packages 5 hari sebelum tanggal Check in, Family Packages 2 hari sebelum tanggal Check in.
- Pembatalan 2 Minggu sebelum hari check-in, DP akan dikembalikan 50%
- Pembatalan 1 Minggu sebelum hari check-in, DP tidak dapat dikembalikan
